Cub Scouts 2010 - parents

Frequent email communications to parents, letting them know what is going on in the Den and Pack, and informing them of the "Home Assignments" that their boy should work on for the next Den meeting, increases advancement and retention.  Although the Den Leader can do these emails, asking another parent to do these emails is a great way to "share leadership" in your den.
